How do I inquire about emergency service?

If parts are needed for the emergency service, how can I get them?

Accepted Answer

If you know the parts that are needed for the emergency service, you can relay that to us when you call.  We will check our stock and if we have the parts in stock we can ship them overnight to your location if our service technician is flying.  If our service technician is driving, they can bring the parts with them to the job.  If we don't have the parts needed in stock we may be able to order and receive them quickly to get your unit running again quickly.

Question 3

Is it possible for me to get parts/kits for my stock for emergency situations?

Accepted Answer

We recommend to our Customers that they always have a spare set of gaskets or parts kit for their centrifuge(s).  You never know when you will have an unexpected breakdown and it is always a good idea to have parts on hand.  This ensures that you have what you need in the event of a breakdown, and there is no wait on your end for the parts that you need. If you are needing a part that is not in your stock and isn't in our stock either, we may be able to order it and get it to you rather quickly.
